That had to be exceptionally nasty. especially if it was hot outside. I spent quite a few years driving tow truck, and I would occasionally get calls to go help clean stuff like that up. Worst smelling one I ever dealt with was an overturned truck that was hauling 16 oz cans of Budweiser. That one may sound cool, but after about 20 minutes of smelling all that beer mixed with mud and diesel, and the occasional stack of cases falling down and exploding cans onto you and everybody around you, it got real old real fast. On that note, my dad worked 36 years in a grocery warehouse. One day somebody dumped a whole pallet of Mayo off their fork lift. Glass jars. They blew up, and he was close enough to take some of the hit. I won't ever forget how bad he smelled that day when he came home, it was very very nasty. Don't forget that Mayo is nothing but raw eggs and oil.
