All of this stuff is turning me way off of a Daytona 675. Although I finally got proper riding pants from a local company. Excellent cargo pants, my only issue is that they only came in Woodland Camo when I ordered lol. CE Knee and Hip Armour, ballistic kevlar in the *** and knees, D600 fabric.

I'm looking at picking up an old UJM cruiser to mod this winter. Every fall, pretty much every motorcycle in Whitehorse goes up for sale cheap as the owners buy snowmobiles instead, so there's some sweet deals to be had soon. Basically, I want to build something like this:  Or this:

I think that bike needs to be adjusted a tad. With the pegs so far forward but the super low bars you've got to be folded in half to ride it.

Yeah, it looks awesome, but you'd have to do some serious coconut humping to ride it. Move the pegs back and raise the handlebars a few inches, and it'd probably be a lot nicer to ride.

I've never heard a chopper guy say it was about comfort. It's all about cutting weight and going faster and harder. Then when you get where you're going all the alcohol and women take care of the aches and pains.  It definitely looks cool but I couldn't ride it. I'm too fat for that these days. MP, that first bike you posted I swear looks like someone hard tailed that new Iron883 HD is selling. Looks good.
