I just got out of my night class, and I was so surprised to see the girl that has sat the next row over and up one from me, has a huge jiggly rack...So glad winter is over and low cut tops are replacing parkas!

I also hate that idiocy about a "3 second" rule. What brain dead, 1950s leave it to beaver, socially brainwashed cretin came up with this little gem of etiquette?

If an attractive specimen of the feminine form is flaunting her attributes or displaying her honey pot in a provocative manner it is rude and disrespectful to not look.

Now I am not talk creeper with your eyes burning holes through their flesh into their reproductive organs. However this "3 second" crap is just that Crap! It is childish and shows that you are insecure by being "caught" looking at a woman and embarrassed by even the lowest form of sexual interaction. Not to mention you are falling prey to one of the most inane forms of social programing.

imagine staring for more than 3 seconds, get caught, and the girl happens to be the you-don't-need-to-hold-the-door-open-for-me-but-you-can't-hit-me-because-i'm-a-girl type and she decides to cause a commotion because why would she want attention from only you when you can become a tool for her to get attention from everyone?
