I definitely have to vouch for multicam. My good friend CrazyRuskii was the first of us to get a full set. We used to do some one on one matches out in the woods by my house, and if you use that stuff right you're an absolute ghost. I don't know how or why, but it just seems to work. He's not quite as aggressive a player as I am, so it's even better. He has a tendency to lay low and wait, while I casually walk the open trails waiting for him to shoot at me. We have had matches where it's taken the better part of two to three hours just to find each other.

Since he went over to multcam, there was only one instance where I spotted him first. And that was through several months of playing. The only reason I did was because he was actually out and about looking for me, instead of waiting. The tough part was keeping track of him, because if you focus on something else for too long, good luck finding them again. I just recently got some of Mar's Multicam DBD pants that I look forward to using. If I could just find a nice multicam jersey, I'd be set.

I was unaware of that. Like actual jersey material? Or the same kind of stuff the pants are made of? I have been hunting for two jerseys for the longest time. One in a simple black with no GIANT company logos, and one multicam.

Dye makes some really nice jerseys, but I hate being a walking advertisement.

It is a heavier cotton with mesh on the sides I believe. It might be a little too hot for summer weather but it is pretty nice in the spring and fall.

The actual Crye brand Multicam is some pretty impressive stuff. It is actually designed to reflect surrounding colors so it blends better. They have some pictures on their site of guys wearing them in different environments and some of them are pretty hard to find.

I believe the legit stuff also has elements that aid in concealment from near IR spectrum imagers.

Only *some* of the military issue stuff has IR absorbing material. That's not standard issue, and you can only get it if you know the right guys in the military.

I think Mulicam is by far the most useful camo. We (USAF) have Digital Tiger stripe but come on, what do we really need to blend in with, office furniture?
