It looks like most of the price is in the bottle itself not related to the quality of the tequila. Granted I'm sure it's very good, but I don't see myself spending extra for a fancy platinum or gold bottle.

Bah throw some jemstones on it and then it will really brake the world record...

I've found that tequilla pretty much tastes the same no matter how much it costs... maybe I've burned my taste buds off with too much cheap booze back in college.. so whether the local place charges $5 or $90 for a shot.. it all tastes the same.... like drinking turpentine.
