well that guy is clearly deranged, but nice product

too bad about the price... probably not patented, someone will rip it off and sell it cheaper maybe

they do, it's called a dolly.

i don't think it looks structurally sound. like, at all. i wonder what the weight ratings are for the front flap and the tiny raising legs.

I've seen similar but larger units operated which could do 5000 pounds per leg (for a total of 20,000 pounds). used for picking up cargo containers and loading onto and off flatbed truck (dropped a container inside the bay of my shop with it, surprisingly maneuverable and completely independent drives at each leg/wheel).

but those aren't designed by richard heene.

yeah, you're probably right, combined with its own weight it probably isn't meant to carry anything too heavy for a pickup anyway.

also, my friend's installed a lift gate to his pickup. maybe it isn't lengthy enough but it gets the job done, and it wasn't $14,000

still, he better hope something heavy doesn't get put onto one of those dollies and roll into those legs...

I think I see a resemblance to Keith Idema.

Huh, looks interesting none the less. I can see better looking products coming in the future that would be similar.
