Well, like the genious I am, I filled my Camelback up with Guinness over the weekend, now it needs a good cleaning. How do you all clean yours?

I fill it right back up with Jack Daniels.

Simple and easy, you just fill it with water and drop them in for awhile. A brush might help in your case though.

plain white vinegar...great cleaner for lots of stuff. Mix with water, rinse thoroughly.

Try going to a local brew shop... pick up Potassium Meta Bisulphate or Campden Tablets (same thing, dif. name)

they will cleanse and sterilize
