Is it strange that I read that quote in Cheech Marin's voice?

Is the suspension in a Festiva fairly adaptable? I need some play for these old beat-up streets.
There have been a few guys put some tutorials on how to build a pretty good suspension for autox, I'm sure you can play with spring rates to get what you desire.

I learned to drive a stick in a Festiva. Tons of fun.

Im thinking about making a BP/G-series mount kit. The motors are very commonplace, the transmissions are in everything from Kia Sephia to Ford Escapes.

My father had a Festiva, it was a great little car. He bought a white one and immediatly had twin racing stripes in guardsmen blue(Shelby color), and also put a loud exhaust system on it. The car was all show no go but fun to drive and people called it a baby Shelby. At 300k miles he got rid of it, but it was still getting over 55 mpg. The guy who bought it drove it for another 5 years before it finally died.

My mom bought one a long time ago, The dealer had a sales promotion where they would give you an unlimited ten year war. she drove that thing to death and the only thing she ever paid for was brakes, tires and oil. it was great basic transport

I was looking for a Festiva a long time ago to replace my '89 Daihatsu Charade, lol. If I found one in ok shape, I was going to re-badge it as a 121. I love old Mazdas.

Yeah, I was supposed to get some "Kia Pride" emblems from the Phillipines, but the guy I was trading with flaked out.
