I like Ford Festivas.

Im coming out to the paintball world. I have owned 3 Ford Festivas since 2003. I have one as a Daily Driver and one I was attempting the B6T (1.6 turbo Mazda motor) swap in but am now going to do a BP (1.8 NA swap). I know about the Festiva website as well as any videos you may have seen on Streetfire/youtube.

My Festivas have been with me through 3 Girlfriends and my current wife.

Shun me if you wish.

Fiestas (as they are known in the UK) are kinda crappy cars. Or so I thought until I saw te rally special a mechanic friend had that had a 2.5l engine in it

It purred.

I thought they were disposable cars that did not have any aftermarket parts like the yugo's. Where are you finding parts for these roller skates? The brand new ford festiva looks pretty cool. What is the link for the forum you are talking about, I want to see a tricked out festiva.

Fiestas and Festivas are 2 different cars. The Festiva is a Mazda 121/Kia Pride made in Korea. No way related to Fiesta past or current.

Its the biggest Festiva site on the Internet.

Here is a buddy of mine in Florida.

lol the announcer in that video stupidly called it a fiesta.

I remember an old commercial for the festiva, had this jingle like: "It's a Ford, It's a festiva!" lol 80's commercials.

Yes, can't imagine how I made the error - 2 small cars made by the same manufacturer with 1 letter difference in the name.

Nice to have a hobby - my brother and I use to wrench on "bangers" for fun but nothing as extensive as this ;-)

I blame Ford. They changed the name to "Aspire" in 94-97.

Thank you for coming out...you've inspired me. I also have a secret guilty pleasure. I've been driving the same 454 big block Chevy since 1997. (c:
