Doggie collar/belt?

I thought that all you pet people on here might enjoy this

I started a small venture called 550 for Fighters, and not too long ago, I got an order for a collar to fit a 22" neck
I promptly asked if he had measured correctly, and he confirmed that he did.

I made the collar to his specs, and after looking at it, the thing was massive

It was so big, I wondered how much larger it was on my own dog
After placing it around her neck, it was obvious that it was ridiculously large as a collar, but maybe it could pass as a belt?

After the collar arrived to the buyer, he took a picture of it on his dog, and it looks just like a regular width collar, and not a wide.
His dog is huge too!

Moral of the story?
Not sure, but it was interesting to make a collar large enough to fit around my own dog's tummy

Squirt, my dog, was not too happy to be wearing a belt..

Perhaps it was clashing with her collar too much?

Great name! I had a horse named Squirt when I was a kid... I hope your dog doesn't bite as much nor try to stomp on people.

I started laughing when I saw the look on her face. She looks so uncomfortable/confused.

What breed is your dog, he looks similar to mine. Been trying to figure out what he is for the last six months.. lol.

Pictar.

Nice collars btw, I think I'll get ahold of you when I'm in the market (just got a new one)

She is a full blooded mutt

My last boss was an animal lover, and saw a box of puppies on the side of the road, and took them to work
I proceeded to take the runt of the litter, and thus, the name Squirt came about

I want to get one of those doggie genetics tests from the pet store, but I'm not sure how accurate they are, and they're something like $100

And for anyone who is curious about my collars (and other paracord gear!), they can be found on eBay by searching for 550 for Fighters, and 25% of the final costs on collars goes to the American Veterinary Medical Foundation! The normal bracelets donate 25% to Operation Homefront, and "PINK" bracelets donate 25% to Susan G. Komen for the Cure

Dude, that's a really cool looking collar... I want you to make me a couple, but integrate the super collar leash into them

I have those for my dogs and I love them, but the bands are so bland looking.
