Good classic rock/old-country?

I'm trying to load up my mp3 abut can't remember very much good classic-rock/country. I'll listen to pretty much any rock except screamo and will entertain all sorts of country except that newer soppy-boo-hoo crap they all play these days. Pitch in if you like, song name and artist. Below is a colage of the greats:

Tom Waits is a big one you need to look into.

Modern but classic-sounding:

Fu Manchu
Kyuss
WolfMother
Squirrel Nut Zippers (more swing than rock)

And it's neither rock or country, but I've been listening to lots of Dean Martin lately.
