Damn you UPS

i placed an ebay order with VG paintball and it got shipped via UPS and it got delivered last Friday to the wrong address while i was out of state for work. Called on Monday, they told me that they were going to recover the package and redeliver today. Guess what they didn't, called again today was told that they will pick it up tomorrow. 6 days later i doubt it was still there it got dropped in a high crime area.

Really? You must have gotten the idiot UPS guys...they're usually very friendly with me. Know me by name at the UPS office too. :3 File a complaint with their big cheese and hopefully you will be reimbursed.

Now on, ship USPS. And ask your suppliers to ship USPS, some do! What can brown do for you? Clearly nothing.

I've never liked UPS, yes they may seem all kind and "caring" but when it comes to packages, and well attempting to ship them, they arn't #1.

USPS my friend.

i definitely agree with Titus USPS all the way. i got a package delivered by UPS once with a softball size hole in it. when i filed a claim they wanted the entire package as i received it, which was fine. they rejected my claim for lost items because they said it was improperly packaged. they said the box wasn't completly filled which allowed the items inside to shift and break out. they didn't believe me that all of the missing items would have taken up the space.

I always ship with usps unless the buyer wants another carrier. I've never had problems with them, and the rates are a lot cheaper from what I've seen.

One thing I love about USPS, is Flat Rate boxes, free (UPS you mus tpay for them) and USPS $8.95 anywhere in the US. If you could fit a bowling ball in that box they would ship it!

I too have had large softball sized holes in boxes delivered to me, filed a claim, never went anywhere.

I made it a point to get to know my UPS driver. You get better service that way.

The occasional bottle of wine I give him doesn't hurt either.
