Just picked up Blast of Tempest. Still saying WTF to myself. I don't understand what's going on quite yet but it's keeping me guessing so it's added to my watchlist.

Oh yeah. Also watching the remake of Space Battleship Yamato. After seeing the live action film, this series seems great so far. And no, I haven't seen the original. I heard it's a sausage fest....dunno if I'll look back that far.

This is probably one of the biggest anime disappointments I have ever, ever seen. I guess not all anime are created equal.

UG a blend of 80-90s under developed art style with cgi. I find that to be just sheer laziness.

Yep, right up there with Dead Space Downfall and Dead Space Aftermath. I don't think those were ever said to be an anime but they are two prime examples of why I hate most american animation.

At least the Mass Effect "anime" uses the same SFX as the games.

Hmmm....
I'm missing Outlaw Star all of a sudden, probably due to the mention of FLCL, Cowboy Bebop and Trigun

Still haven't seen Badlands Rumble

Watching Devil May Cry atm and waiting for Hellsing Ultimate 5-8

That's a good one.
Better than the cartoon I grew up with or the movie that came out a few months ago.

a few months ago? You mean the one that didn't actually come out in theaters and got pushed back to next march(or something)?
or the first movie?

I heard the sequel got pushed back because they wrote in a death for Channing Tatum, not expecting his popularity to go crazy. Now they have to rewrite it and re shoot.
