Was suppose to go to Anime-expo last yea with some friends. And that was right before I actually started watching a lot of anime and expanding my horizons.

dont get me wrong I am not closed minded about any anime just saying if your not ready for it it could be a culture shock. and sometimes it does kinda get sketchy. if you saw kiss x sis their was one scene where I was like holy crap they let this on the air. it was about as close to ecchi as I have seen on a network type show. true some other ones give some fan service but this scene went on for maybe 3-4 min.

So I started watching Angel Beats last night, and I must admit that I l love almost everything about it.

I love the music, storyline, characters, etc... it's hilarious and sad all at the same time. It actually made me tear up at a few parts. The only thing I don't like is that the dubs are pretty awful.

I'm on episode 9, and TK is by far my favorite character.

heh I didn't think the voices were all that bad actually for Angel Beats
now the new Kyoto arc of Kenshin voices omg someone find who casted that and banish them from working in anime ever again

the ending explains the title and the commercial sequences eloquently - I really enjoyed that series =)

heh dont get me wrong - story and art wise not so bad at all - just the voices omg...

its like someone got the worst possible amateurs to gather together and....

that having been said - the live movie casting was pretty awesome and the story edits were tolerable.

I haven't caught the live action yet. Looks promising for what it's worth. And kyoto arc...did I miss something? I thought I saw it all already.

I don't do kits or models sadly. My patience is thin with painting and kits and such. I think I've tried two (beginner level) gunpla as an attempt and failed each time. I have better luck with LEGOs

Anyone watch "The Devil Is a Part Timer"? It's brand new in Japan and is subs only in America. You can watch it on hulu. It's pretty hilarious for one episode so far.

new Kyoto arc was released recently (think last year) basically they retold the kyoto arc story from Misao's point of view (the Oniwaban girl) it wasnt half bad at all but the english voices (and yeah Im harpin on em) were HORRID. fix that and its all good =P

naw these are fully assembled kits no work involved =P next time yer up in the OC holler and I will point you at em.
