I found D-Frag a bit... too odd. I'll read it some more and see if it hooks me.

OKAY. So I was at a party last night, and one of the girls there used to live in Japan, and actually played paintball with her whole family in Tokyo. I wanted to ask about the specifics of the game and the field, but never got the chance - from there we devolved into stuff like this:

There's remake of Fate Stay Night in the works..

I wasn't a huge fan of Fate Night and even less so of the Unlimited Blade Works movie. Maybe because I started with Fate Zero first which, imo, was better.

Ooh, that makes me moderately excited.

Okay ... I'm in.
But if I am adding something to my queue, I really need to finish Mellowlink, Phantom Arc, and Fang or the Sun Dougram -- and Squid Girl

Ironnerd, how have you not finished squid-girl? It's great for the laughs.

About the fate series, meh. I muscled through the first season and couldn't follow anything afterwards.

Garden of sinners was great. So unless the remake of fate stay/night removes the degree of romancing from the original it's not changing much, just the animation I guess. But that's just me. A lot of people like the fate series.

I have shamed myself!

Actually I watched all of Attack on Titan in a weekend, and then there's the new season of Archer. I need to buckle down and finish the squid though! She is pretty danged funny.

Garden of Sinners eh... I'll give it a try, but I have needs! And those needs include really big robots.

I hit Crunchy Roll, Anime Seed, and Netflix for most of my Anime Needs.

Been a minute since I posted.

I saw The Wind Rises in the Theater yesterday. It was fantastic. I really liked it and I had some feels.

I'm watching Grave of the Fireflies right now.. I have prepared my steel but I don't think it'll hold.

Grave of the Fireflies?
If you don't get misty on that, you're a manly man above all manly men. Possibly a Viking.

I think I need to see The Wind Rises. I've been a Miyazaki fan for a long time, and he never disappoints (even Ponyo was okay).

Got this in the mail today.. No idea who these guys are or how they got my address. I do like the cover though.

Has anyone seen Madrock Scramble? Any good? Looks a bit like Ghost in the Shell.
