Dang this sounds awesome. I have my own recipe (who doesn't) but I think I'm going to incorporate some of your ingredients into mine and see how it goes.
I am kind of wondering about the coffee - we don't drink it so it may have to be a guiness or a nice think porter that gets put in there instead. I also like to use steak instead of ground beef, but I guess that's a personal thing.
Hmm, it's been getting cooler at night here - I bet I could talk the fam into chili tonight.
