Nothing worse then drunkards sleeping outside your teardrop around the outside sucking the liquor down... I could see that happening. Looking at the pictures in the above link the center is ice. I thought that the center of it was an aisle for someone to sit in or serve drinks I guess I was wrong. Just needs a short barmaid then that can grab everything ofcourse.
