They should be banned from the Olympics entirely.

I could watch an entire 24 hours of women's volleyball without blinking. No seriously, I won't blink.
I'll need a bucket for my drool though.
Yes drool.

Ralph Lauren designed the opening ceremony outfits for the U.S., then had them made in China.

Did you catch that one too?

A reasonable person also has a clue this has happened before, and a reasonable and logical person, would see that her final lap was ridiculously faster than her other 3, that this time was about 7 seconds faster than her PB, and that her time is faster than that of men's times.

This is common with China. Jumping to conclusions?

I'm not sure how the Badminton thing is cheating. You are there to win the gold medal, that's it. If the competition committee sets up the prelims so the best way to Gold is by losing a game, then it's not cheating. If it were, then all the swimmers. etc who hold back in their prelims and just make sure they qualify are also cheating. Throwing a game to help someone else, maybe; but trying to get the best path for you/your team to win is just playing the game well. I know there were paintball teams back in the day who used to do the same thing and got accused of cheating. Sorry, but if the organization doesn't like it, make everything single elimination, or make the seeds in the final by random draw.

It's not cheating in the classic sense of the word, but it's definitely not sporting, that's the issue. Sportsmanship is a lost concept on some I guess.

Where do you draw the line? Playing half-assed to play stronger later on happens everywhere.
