Problems with Safari

I was given a Mac a few months ago and now Safari is giving me problems and I have no idea wtf happened. It now has this thing called "Productivity Community 3 Toolbar" and it's ****ing with my on screen display. I cant even login to facebook or youtube because it blocks alot of the top portion of the websites.

The "help" menu is no use. In the "view" section on the top of the screen where you can choose to hide toolbars it does not show up at all and there does not seem to be anywhere else that I can select to hide this toolbar.

I have no clue what this thing is useful for or how it ended up on my computer. Is this a virus? My Mac got all slow then restarted and there it was all of a sudden.

It has a search bar and wikipedia itunes ect. and all that stuff, it's seemed to have replaced my old one... Which I liked just fine.

Thanks, I'll look into that.

Chalk up a small victory to clicking everything possible, I can now view a website properly but I would still rather nuke this damn toolbar... No clue on how to get rid of the thing...
