The elevator stunt is clearly a FAKE using bluescreen.
There are a couple of clues, but the biggest is that the camera shot from the upper-corner shows the video from the wrong angle.

Its still funny.... but clearly fake. That said, lots of elevators have clear roofs so you can see upward, as a novelty effect for tourists.

It was a prank by LG using their HD monitors, no blue screen.

OK, if they were in fact LG monitors showing video, then explain how this was possible:

The perspective is completely wrong, and different with the different camera angles. Video always has the same perspective, regardless of angle.

Evil. They'd have some broken screens if that stunt was pulled on me.

But the camera angle is nearly the same in every shot, oriented with the elevator door at the top of the frame.
This is consistent with the bottom left "tile" always being the last to "fall."

The only reason i say this may be staged is because the people are not acting anywhere near how they should have acted if the floor was falling out from under them.

Think about it, if you were in that elevator and saw the floor falling, would you just scoot back against the hand rail? Hell, i'd be trying to climb the wall any way i could, my feet wouldnt even be touching the floor.

I don't think these people had time to process, "The floor is giving out."
Their thoughts were probably more along the lines of, "There's something weird on the floor" so they moved away from it.
There would be no real sense of falling, after all.

No, the bit with the 2 guys shows both camera angles. If you pause at each angle, you can clearly see the tiles are showing different images, adjusted for different perspectives.

An easy way to see this is look at the tile directly in front of the door. With the "straight-down" camera, you can see 2 lights in the tile. At the "corner" camera, the lights are in a different tile.

Anyway, who cares? Its clearly a fake, but it doesnt matter. Its a marketing gimmick by LG, so thats besides the point.
