Ahhh I love reading the paper. You can only find these kind of articles in there. I know you can see these things online too but there's satisfaction finding this kind of article in the paper.

Oh that picture to the right? I shoulda got a snap for you all. But a jeep was stuck on the border fence near the mexico/arizona border. Fun stuff

He did the smart thing. Too may panic and either drown or lose a limb trying to get away from a shark attack. The nose on a shark, much like many other animals is one of the most sensitive parts on the animal and they will release their grip when hit there. Oh and those crazy illegals, what will think of next, manned flight !!

While normally a great idea with most animals, sharks eye's roll back out of the way in their head when they strike. I get the feeling they have exterminated some other form of free thinking animal in the past that thought "hey, I'll just gouge its eye's out"

I think mythbusters did a gouge the eyes out on a shark. I don't think it worked.

My friend Casey Stumann was attacked there about 10 years ago early morning,luckily his wetsuit was too tight and prevented him from bleeding out.Hes got a scar from his bellybutton halfway down his quad,just missed taking off his junk!he still surfs too!!
