"Advanced" Photoshop Help

I need some help from someone that is versed with photoshop. I have a picture with a dog and I need someone to swap heads with this dog with another dog :huh:

wtf, that's not how you do a photoshop request thread, man. you're supposed to post both the pics and then watch as we submit pages and pages of ridiculously bad and hilarious images made from your source material :D

oh yea, and then one guy will come along and do a perfect job of exactly what you asked for, and ruin the thread. happens every time, eventually.
