I guess it isn't surprising they are all over ebay.

Real auctions that look like they have real bids.

Box of Hostess Twinkies Twinkie Fresh 10 Count | eBay

And the ridiculous.

Waterworld is the big one in my head. I think i remember one from a Mad Max movie but i could be thinking of Mel Gibson eating a twinky in some other movie......
You are assuming no one will ever make twinkies again. Someone will buy the rights and sell them, I'm guessing the movies will show Bimbo twinkies instead of Hostess twinkies.

I'll never forget my first twinky, I'd always been curious, then I moved to the US and had my first and only one, I'm surprised that nasty *** product sold for so long.

when i heard this early this year about their problems i was not surprise this happen. it shame that people will not give little to keep a company around longer. once in awhile you have to give a little back to make things better for all.

Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies and Nutty Bars.

And for those of you who cannot live without Hostess, I have prepared the following conversion chart.

Hostess ----- Little Debbie
Twinkie ------ Cloud Cake
Ding-Dong-- Cocoa Creme

Cupcake ---- Chocolate Cupcake
Ho-Ho ------- Swiss Roll

Fruit Pie ------ Snack Pie
Donettes ----- Mini Donuts

Suzy Q ------- Devil Creme

Snowballs ---Yer on yer own...

I'm not sure about other brands (like "Bimbo")...

Please feel free to distribute and contribute to this conversion chart - lives may depend upon it.

I'm just waiting for Little Debbie or the Frito-Lay company to buy up the rights and start making them again.

I rarely ate any Hostess stuff, but they were a nice little sugar rush every once in a while.

A package of yellow Zingers and a chocolate milk after every hockey game. That's been my tradition for years now. Twinkies were good, but I preferred Zingers or the cupcakes.
