What type of lathe tooling would I need?

I am looking to make a couple autococker bolts for myself out of self lubricating nylon, what tools would be best to use to make a venturi style bolt? Most likely am going to buy my tools of McMaster, so if you wouldn't mind providing links or part numbers that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a bench grinder, if so, just buy some high speed steel and grind your own lathe tools, it's cheaper and you can make all sorts of useful tools.

you're also going to need a drill press, and make a jig to do the cross hole and pressure inlet in the right position... and this jazz about making it a venturi style? you will need to use a 4 jaw chuck and do each hole eccentrically, or mount in an idexing head on the cross slide, or do it on a mill or drill press (indexing head wins here too).
