I use imageshack.us, when you upload them to there they have a option to resize for message boards.
I'm lazy so that's the best way I've found.
I do powder coating, PM for details.

One way is to set your camera to take pictures already at the proper size. No need to take a 16 megapixel image and shrink it down when you can set your camera to "VGA" or "640x480" mode and do it right off the bat. Don't do this with anything you want to print of course.
Though often it's nice to be able to crop images down. I like to do things more manually than letting some website do it (of course I also have my own server space). Open in Paint (it's on every Windows computer), click on "resize", choose by pixels, make sure "maintain aspect ratio" is checked, change horizontal to 640, or however wide you want the images.
