you can get the spray rubber in a couple of ways:

the AS SEEN ON TV type shows have one.

Canadian Tire sells ROCKER GUARD - rubberized paint spray

PLASTI-DIP in a can however, I found at Preston Hardware - not sure if all the big box type stores have them.
