Looks like fun, I've gone down one of the Alpine Slides out in Colorado before. I think it was at the Winter Park ski resort but it has been so long ago I don't remember specifically where it was.

Ouch. Many of those transitions look down right painful and abrupt. If they smoothed out the transitions more then the rider would lose less speed and be able to go even faster. (Possibly not a good idea, but hey, it would be more comfortable)
I do wonder what those signs say.

I've been on an alpine slide before, but it was in a free floating cart and on a concrete track. That looks like a one man roller coaster. I am so in. Got to build one when I buy a mountain.
That only problem I see with it...what if there is a deer on the track?
