Well, it's a coating. So wear is going to take it off pretty quickly, I'd bet.

Stuff like clothing that wrinkles will probably lose it especially fast at the fold points.

Since oil/lubricant won't stick to it, you'll want to *NOT* use it on the moving internals of your marker, or you'll chew through o-rings like nobody's business. Not to mention the metal on metal moving bits with no lube in between 'em, just an all around bad day for you.

But coating the inside of your barrels? This looks great for that.

I'd imagine these is comprised of all sorts of nasty stuff you wouldn't want to be near. As for paintball uses, the insides of hoppers and barrels seem like the obvious choice.
