I'm assuming part of the uniqueness of Canadian politics stems from the smaller population and colder climate. Very easy to get bored I guess.

I would really like to see someone like what's her name from 22 Minutes. Mary Walsh? No idea if she is still doing it, but she would dress up in a Xena style costume and ambush politicians with a camera crew. Majority of them manage to take it in stride, and it seems if you don't become a regular figure in the political comedy shows here, then you're clearly a complete nobody in politics.
