there it goes: the last **** i give about discovery channel
'Dirty Jobs' canceled: What's next for host Mike Rowe? - Yahoo! TV
meanwhile **** shows like bering sea gold keep piling onto their lineup.
i think their execs are too distanced from the viewers to realize deadliest catch wasn't popular because of its format; deadliest catch was popular because of its people. now they are so convinced the format is the key that they clone a **** ton of those shows based on a random blue collar profession with a few crooks sprinkled here and there while shoving off enjoyable hosts like mike rowe.
but **** it, mike rowe can make money keeping doing more ads for ford. :p
It ran its course... Did you see the run when he was in Australia? He really didn't care the whole time and pretty much ignored the people he was "working" with and sang songs or randomly putzed around.
yep. that show was getting tiresome.
It was only a matter of time 'til they ran out of jobs to use anyway.
Wait a minute...that article is 3 months old.
ionno, i still quite enjoyed it. more so than those "reality" shows they have currently at the very least.
i mean amish mafia? wtf?
and yea, i just found out now.
I cant stand ANY of those gold shows. They are all crap IMO, just dumb people yelling at each other and destroying land.
It seemed like they were phasing it out, i havent seen it on much lately.
pick up a book
What do Pawn Stars and American Pickers have to do with history?
So why the farts are they CONSTANTLY on "The History Channel"?
I liked it better when they used to run shows about history, not "Flea Marketing".
