I'd say the mustang was not bad - mainly because the fox chassis was so effectively and widely used by ford for so long

False there was a racing series in Germany where they put 5.0s against m3 and such and they were raced prepped and the brothers that raced the mustangs said they just weren't good. After being fully race prepped. 5.0 also has a huge turning radius.
