Favorite food is either really good grilled/BBQ'd chicken thighs. This + grilled shrimp & cornbread will be the lunch menu at the field today. Or really good meatloaf.
Fast comfort food; spicy cilli Ramen with extra chili's added and what ever else I can find to throw in plus a whole egg at the end for added protein.

surprisingly I've worked with PHut going on almost 2yrs and I'm still not sick of pizza, even I'm amazed at myself
but good lord do I hate our customers at times, but I've never done anything to their food and never will
I let karma handle things like that

Sardines An excellent source of your bodies preffered calcium, omega 3 fatty acids and much more. Once you get used to the li'l buggers, they are very easy to stomach. However bring some chewing gum if you are going to talk to people shortly after sardine consumption.
"The world is like a ride at an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it, you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly colored and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time, and they begin to question: Is this real, or is this just a ride? And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "Hey, don't worry, don't be afraid ever, because this is just a ride." And we ... kill those people." - William Melvin Hicks

Bagel + cream cheese is my go to.

I rotate between 2 dishes during the week.
Three eggs fried over-hard
An apple quartered with a dollop of peanut butter on each piece.
I keep some very irregular hours, so the concept of breakfast vs dinner foods/times is irrelevant to me. Also, sleep is usually the priority, so fast prep is key. Both are very fast. Very non-labor-intensive. Both very satisfying. If I begin to tire of one, I just go to the other for a meal or two.

Potatoes - mashed, lots o' butter and salt. With stuff - pref. baked beans, not the rancid ones, soiled with pork fat you Americans eat.
