That's really sweet. What caliber is it and what type of velocity are you getting?

This.

Lewis and Clark carried a 36 caliber air rifle on their journey of exploration. They preferred this over their percussion rifles and flintlocks as they were able to take game silently.

It had a foot pump that pre-charged a flask in the stock.

Nothing short of awesome...............

Nice. I always preferred the lethality of the .22 over the velocity of the .177.

Popping bunnies with my Crosman with a single shot, rather than ripping one through them without them barely noticing. Big difference in knock-down power.

ive always wondered what the practicality of a larger caliber air rifle would be.

is it feasible, or does the air lose too much actionable force at the larger sizes.

Every winter I threaten to pick up an Airgun and go so far as to pick one out in the catalogs and everything but never do. I like the idea of being able to shoot in my back yard or basement and not disturb a house of people or neighbors.

I gotta admire at Atlas Bipod on an air gun!

I have a few...

My favorite is my Beeman C-1 with an SS-3 scope. It was a shorty version of the Webley Vulcan air rifle. That thing is tiny and accurate.

I also have a BSA Meteor, a Beeman Hurricane, a Daisy 717, and two Predom Lucznicks.
