I play quite a bit - mostly Standard and EDH/Commander.

If you're interested in a M:tG forum, check out Dies to Removal, it's not the biggest Magic site, but I expect people here to understand that bigger =/= better.

Also, Steve_81, if you're serious and not trolling, feel free to lmk what you've got if you want to get rid of it.

My daughter and her husband got me playing over the holidays [casual/modern]. I enjoy hanging around a table playing MtG, eating food and chewing the fat.

A rule that came up for us magic players was the "no drinks on the table" rule. After a couple spills onto hundreds of dollars worth of cards (sleeves hold coke pretty good) it became the standard rule lol.

I played draft for the first time last week and I got hooked. First time, and I placed 3rd. Plus I drafted two $10 cards.

Since then I've built a Burn Deck (RDW), and am putting together a soul sisters combo deck and a merfolk aggro control deck. I'm nerding out over here.

Mtgsalvation, tcgplayer, starcitygames are usually the top sites for mtg articles, decklists, and tourney stuff

I started playing back in august. Now I have so many cards it's not even funny. Everything from Return to Ravnica forward though.

My work schedule doesn't allow me to play many events though, if I'm lucky I can get out to a wednesday night draft or something of that nature.

I have been playing since Guildpact....on and off with buying stuff. A few of my friends have been playing since the late 90's and have some old expensive cards (stuff from at least Urza's and forward...maybe Tempest). We just play for fun, sometimes do a pack buy in tournament with ourselves. I don't have the greatest decks, but still have fun.

We also have a no drinks on the table rule. Haven't ruined anything yet, but when someone is using a play set of Dark Confidant in their deck....and even more expensive ones, we don't want to risk it.

Sold my cards to a memeber here a few years ago.

I recently found an ap on my Kindle called Orders and Chaos. It's got some very familiar things in there, I've enjoyed it.
