Spider bites.

Here we are, the most powerful animal on the planet.
And yet some small bug can bring us down for days.

I got bit by some poisonous thing on my inner left wrist and now my whole left arm is swelling, the tissue around the bite is inflamed, itchy, and I'm losing a top layer of skin.

I hate spiders.

I had a visitor today when I was making lunch.

No puncture wounds, unless you count my lunch.

That's big enough that I would burn the house and move somewhere else. I can do snakes but f*** that! I feel like if spiders were smart enough, they could rule the world.

That's no wimpy Wolf Spider, that's a spider from down under!

P.S., Fossillhead, assuming that's a Recluse bite all that flesh is going to rot off, might be worth a trick to the doctor to get some steroids.

Yeah man, go see a doctor right away. That could become serious real quick. I would normally suggest you get a prescription for or find some Doxycycline 100mg capsules or tablets, but with tissue loss, I would get to the doctor asap.

You can keep the big spiders. I agree with the others, my uncle got bit by a recluse and they put him on antibiotics to keep it from getting worse.
