I have a Phantom
yeah, the movie might not be a Oscar winner, however the audiance paticipation was only second to a midnight showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
the funnest part in the movie was some guy in the theatre geting upset with a group of people that was cracking jokes and making hissing noises. I guess he really had no idea what he was getting himself into

Sad part is... Hollywood then still wonders "Why aren't we making any money? It must be because of the internet and DOWNLOADS"
Yeah... sure.... that's why!! Because of all the downloading going on... Nothing to do with the fact that you make movies like "Snakes on a Plane"
Or what the heck is that new dancing movie out with the 30 year old that is supposed to be in high school. Yeah... Why are people not going to the movies... Must be that in demand thing too from TV...

If you go in thinking its going to be a serious movie then you will be disapointed, it was made corny however in a corny way that they really didn't try to cover it up.
It was worth seeing, it made you jump in some parts laugh your *** off in others, its more then I can say about almost every other movie i've seen in the last 3 years.
One of the few movies, i've gone to a movie theather to watch, when it was done I didn't want my money back.

I have heard, since I originally posted this, that this movie is sort of a mock B rate movie and is supposed to be making fun of all the stupid slasher movies out there with improbable plots.
If that is so - it has SOME redeeming qualities. But I still refuse to see it.

It's really not as bad as you would expect. You can't go into it expecting an amazing blockbuster movie though, just prepare to laugh at the nifty ways people bite the dust via snake attacks. There are parts where you just know what is coming and it actually makes it better because you're cringeing already and then its just histerical when it does happen. I wont give anything away, but everyone should go see it. At least it's not "Signs"...
