The women are very fine; too bad the songs are lame.

Today's "country" isn't anything but western-inspired pop. Waylon, Willie, Cash, and Coe; now that's real country.

Oh so true... I would've called this thread, "Why I watch CMT with the sound off"

Shania is a hottie for sure but i think she thinks her **** doesn't stink. or atleast that's the way she comes across IMO.

Carrie U. on the other hand is a different story IMO. i think she's a true lady that hasn't forgotten where she came from and is very grateful for what she's accomplished. she can damn near sing anything too. youtube has a lot of videos of her covering some things you wouldn't expect to hear from her.

she covers Heart.
YouTube - Carrie Underwood - Alone

she covers Guns & Roses
YouTube - Carrie Underwood - Sweet Child

and here she covers Skid Row.
YouTube - Carrie Underwood- I Remember You

MMM.......Gretchen Wilson is one of my favorites....for her songs as well!
She looks great in California Girls, but nothing's hotter than her knocking back shots in "All Jacked Up" !!

What about the women in the music video "Honky Tonk Ba-Donk-A-Donk" or "Hick Chicks"

Most people don't know that skittish is the proper spelling for "jittery". Don't believe me... Look it up.

If I ever get tired of being an engineer, I'm going to become a country/western drummer.

One, two, three-and, four! (repeat as needed - 8 bars, fill, 4 bars, chorus, fill, DC, 8 bars, fill, 4, *solo bridge!*, chorus, fill, outro for every song! )

Just unplug the brain, put on your straw hat and wife beater and get paid.
I can't stand the requisite "twang" in all the vocals but I could probably learn to ignore it.

It's Country Entertainment.

Not Country Music.

There's no actual music in there.
