I filled my Harley the other day. I had only gone 153 miles and it cost me a whole $13 something to fill up. My Focus may get 30mpg, but the Harley gets 50mpg AND the ladies at work love when I walk in wearing my leathers.
You guys are my best friends, through thick and thin, we've always been together. We're four of a kind, havin' fun all day, pallin' around and laughin' away. Just best friends....best friends are weeee!
I love you guys.

Lost the Daylight
You know... we can't win here. Gas prices are up, and finding a reasonably priced bike is like questing for the Holy Flippin' Grail!
Has anyone else noticed this:
There are the $100 ish crap bikes at the box stores like Walmart or Target or Fred Meyers, then if you go to a specialty store for a bike they cost more than my rent!
I'm having a heck of a time finding anything mid ranged. The best so far was just shy of $400...
I'm not trying to climb a mountian with the stupid thing. I just want to be able to ride around in a few places comfortably.
So it looks like we're even screwed with the kind of bikes you peddle.
The correct question is, "Why don't I need another gun?"
How strange to see a lagomorph of such bravery.

Whats your boggle?
$3.71 for mid-grade shell.
The fix for our fuel and energy trouble is such a easy one. I guess thats why our elected politicians cant figure it out.
1. We start drilling again in this country and uncap cap the wells that we have.
2. We start building nuke power plants.
3. Build coal fired power plants.
4. Increase Refinery Capacity.
Why cant we do this you ask? Because oil is evil, coal will bring more global warming and nuclear power is the devils playground.
Dont take my word for it just ask the envro wacknuts.

$4.88 a gallon ($1.22 a liter, buck's a buck on exchange) in Ontario.
I remember last summer when I wanted to haul out my old faithful '80 XL250 Honda to save a few bucks on the commute. $1200 a year for insurance and a 6 month riding season if you're lucky. That's more than the bikes worth and I've had a motorcycle license for 35 years.
Thanks alot Insurance Board of Canada.
You can't win up here, they have you every way you look.
