I almost got sucked into one of those. It was a good sized Vermeer powered by a 4 cylinder Cummins diesel. It could take about a 30' tree with a 6" base and spit it into the back of a box truck in about a second flat.

I worked for a tree company in Sarasota Florida in the early 70's and we were clearing Brazilian pepper trees. Gnarly twisted bushes almost like thick vines. One caught my shirt and I just managed to get both hands on either side of the feed bell as it ripped my shirt completely off.............way too close.

I have no idea how this guy could survive one of those things.

Yup...

We are building a new field in New Market,TN on Reed Bull Rd.

The guntower is just a big ol metal pipe abandoned by the local mines..is about 7-8 feet tall and big enough on the inside to fit someone of my size..

We took a torch and cut some holes around the top and a big entrance hole in the back.. This thing will be used as a corner "pillbox" in the new attack and defend base..pretty cool looking...not sure I want to be the sucker ahh er player that get stuck in there...shots on that thing are going to be gonglike...
