| Also, no elongated cell phone conversations. If your phone rings, answer it but promptly state that you can’t talk right now. Then call them back after you leave the bathroom. I have a rule also about not using a public rest room for anything other than liquid removal if it can be helped at all. Toilets should be considered “urinal backups” unless it is an emergency.
