Absolutely not! Find a Bluestreak for that crap! F's are hard enough to find without having Palmerites destroy the remaining ones for Painters and Hurricanes.

Don't get me wrong, as I have a fondness for Palmer's goodies as much as the next person, but hacking that while there are still tons of 'Streaks out there......

That's called a Model F Bluestreak... ran off 12g's and were notorious for weak joints between the barrel and pressure tube. Thus, there were a relatively short-lived item commercially.

They are considered fairly rare among the airgun collector set (who, by the way, despise paintballers who have converted these into Hurcs, etc.) and the longer stock is a real treat.

You could probably put that on Gunbroker and get enough for it (even broken) to almost fund your Hurc build.

OR, you could have your Hurc built on the classic 1st generation Hurc pattern with the longer stock (PPS will still lop a bit of the fore end off) and all the most modern bells and whistles. When Glenn was originally making these guns, the stocks he bought from Sheridan were mostly the longer "F" stock and thus, many of the original "scratch-built" Hurricanes are made on these longer stocks. The same "F" stocks were also used on the earliest Sheridan K-series bolt-action paintball long arm.

Tough call.

Good find.

yea Im thinking i will just sale it, and use the moneys for another painter on a not so rare stock and stuff :]

Do they use the same valve tools as a Sheridan paintball gun? It leaks from around the valve.

I agree and suggest selling it on gunbroker. Scrap a blue streak, not an F.
