Hadn't thought of that.

I can recall being part of the lighting crew in our High School theatrical productions. You are quite right about the tedium of watching crappy actors trying to get it right. I enjoyed changing the color of their spots based upon the level of the performance.

We used to do that too! If they sucked too much we'd turn their mics off and pipe music or sound effects in. The director didn't like it much, but he never told us we were wrong.

I have dislocated my knee before. It is a gruesome event.

Do you have a ridiculously large immobilizer on your leg? Has your knee swollen up to the size of a grapefruit yet?

Do you have to go to rehab?

This is the second time I had done it. The first time my knee swelled up ridiculously big. The doctor says I need surgery, but the insurance claims lady is taking her sweet *** time to approve my case. I'm still waiting for workers comp to kick in.
