I have heard that you start them out with saran wrap on the bowl and kitty litter on top then just show them where it is. You have to get rid of the regular litter box as well.

Eventually get rid of the kitty litter, then the saran wrap. Thats the day you stand by with a towel and heavy gloves, cats do NOT like falling in the toilet!

we just used that silica based kitty litter, dehydrates the poo no smell after about 15 min. Just have to change it once a week or every 2 weeks depending on how much they piss.

Started by moving the litter box next to the toilet and gradually increasing the height of it until it was level with the toilet.

That's an easy way to wash em too. Just pour a little kitty shampoo in the toidy, drop the furry bastard in, close the lid, let em thrash around awhile, and then flush.

It's best to open the lid with a broomhandle afterwards.
