That's SWEET! When you do take it out on the water, can you video it and then show us?

i was told that it was bult with leftover mahogany from canida that they used to make the gliders for in the landing of D-Day so that would make it over 50 years old, i dont know how true this is, I would have to ask my uncle who use to Race these boats to be for shure. The motor was made in 1975 though.

Now only if you ripped off the engine instaled a keel, centerboard, mast, and oversised sail would it be truely amazing.

well it would be interesting being that this boat is only about 11 Ft long so it would be more like a sunfish or a lazer.

There is or was a place in New Jerzey near Rosemont called Bzoats or something like that. they built them like mad in the 70 and 80s The last time I was there they were made of a almost cardboard composite that was put on a vacuum table. Fiberglass resin was the added and drawn into to the composite.

You could tell there boats because the back of the transit was a out line of a B. for Bzoats. The use to have one race in Lambertville Nj. Ask drum he should know about it.

I loved the lazer, hated the sunfish. Although, I do have an interesting story involving a sunfish putting a 2 foot hole in the side of a lazer.
