That is a very young Chris Dorn, school safety expert. He is now making tons of money on the lecture circuit on school shootings, drug interdiction etc. He does a fascinating talk. He has refined his presentation; when I saw it last he brought out a over 80 weapons including a long sword and 3 long guns... And he walked into the classroom.
