My brother-in-law was stationed in Kuwait after Desert Storm. He said that their camp have a total of about 40 rounds of ammunition. When you went on guard duty, the guy you relieved emptied the 10 rounds he was issued out of his magazine, then you put them in your magazine. After your shift, you gave them to your relief.

I don't remember if he said whether or not there were hand receipts involved.

Actually the 10 Oct date is good. Meaning it's the new fiscal yr and they have more money to abise you with lol. Oct is the almighty Month in the military. 10 Oct also means that the air conditioners go off and the heaters go on. 10 April is also an important date,AC comes on and Heaters go off lol. Sleeves up sleeves down on those same dates. Yep get ready for a whole new way of thinking.
Later,
Blackrain

When I joined my entry date was rolled back a month. It is annoying, but not the end of the world.

I'm trying to stay positive, i figure I can work out more before leaving. My run time for the 1.5 mile run was 10:56 which isn't HORRIBLE considering my requirement is 13:30....anyways I'll just keep getting ready.

Hint: when you're going through meps getting your shots and your physical, change your name to "next". Otherwise you'll be sitting there for hours.
