When this became local around my area and someone got arrested for wearing the jeans in public with his boxers showing, a local woman came up with an idea and went to the sh*ty parts of town to market them.

Jeans with boxers sown in. So your waist line is where the boxers show but since it's all one piece, they could get away with it.

*shakes head in disgust*
