| no, I'M sorry  Join Date: Oct 2006 | Fashion Police AFP: Baggy pants ban "unconstitutional," rules US judge The good thing is, they deemed it unconstitutional. The bad thing is, why is sagging pants outlawed but nobody complains about high riding thongs? IMO that is way more distracting. But I'll keep quiet. I don't want to give the lawmakers any ideas.

If they are allowed to wear sagging pants, it should also be legal for anyone to give 'em a tug.. One of the silliest fashions I have ever seen. I guess it makes it easier for the cops to chase these guys when they have to hold their pants up to run..

Its your god given right to look like an idiot and that you cant dress yourself. I love how the cool fashions all seem to be either goting towards lingerie, or towards a bedtime onesy.
