Bought one of these pumps today

Well I had to break down. I needed one for another cocker project. It will becoming your way soon Rainman. Shipping was killer. They make these for both 99" and 2k+". http://store.paintballace.com/vebaaupukit2.html

There will always be "twisting" as long as it uses a single pump arm or single pump guild. Also, to be honest $40 isnt bad for a pump kit.

This particular version kinda reminds me of the old sniper pump handles.

Those don't look bad at all, and for the money... I'm interested.

I like the older style look, then those new ones you can pick up.

I'm a fan of Chipleys myself....but for 1/2 the price, this one looks pretty promising for a loaner or two.

The only thing I see is the SS guide rod that sets them apart from the WGP pump kits. I am still glag that some one has them in stock.

Im pretty sure the guide rod is aluminum and the pump rod is SS. Either way $40 aint bad especially if the pump handle has decent tolerances.

I disagree on the price. I remember picking up WGP kits for 20 and I thought 35 was steap when they released the blue and red pump handles. The last CCM kit I bought from my local shop was 55 my price and I am just a regular not and employee.

I also have an idea to take out a lot of wobble with a single pump arm. I have thought about it a bit but don't really have the intrest or tools to make any so feel free to make your own or whatever.

a half arsed attemp at a quick cut away drawing. after installing the pump guide you would install the collar and index it so that the holes for the guide pin would be horizontal. then put the pump handle on and install the guide pin.

My total was $51.00 with shipping. Damed UPS is a killer, but they are the only ones that have them and I need one. That's why I try to avoid the big places when I buy, cause they only use UPS and not USPS.
