I can see him lasting four years Maybe even the eight, if he really is what the kool-aid drinkers think he will be. And if he is, I could live with that.

Realistically, I'm kind of expecting someone with a shaved head and confederate flag on his shirt to find a top-floor room in a nearby hotel, which will just dig in the far-left side further.

Its been quite some time since there was a remarkable assasination attempt, I think the last one that was close was Reagan. Wouldnt that reflect well on America? Some race motivated hate minded skinhead shooting our first black president? It would make us all look like klanners. The 60's are over, and we accept all races creeds, sexes, and national origins (or at least we try to), all we need is one neo nazi to pop a cap in our prez and we go back in time socailly 50 years.

Alright, all the McCain Chicken-Littles and Obama Crazies, shakes hands and stop panicking/gloating respectively. We're all in this together, let's see where it goes.

Hell, I thought I was going to get drafted when Bush got elected a second term and that never happened, so everyone settle down and give Obama a chance. Bush didn't screw EVERYTHING up, so chances are Obama wont either.

I'm not super upset, a little mad that McCain didn't win, but it's more of a our-football-team-just-lost type thing, not a I-want-to-stab-the-other-team-with-a-rusty-spoon-and-then-force-them-to-listen-to-HurtCow-for-many-weeks type mad.

I don't know, What's the worst that could happen?
